8. Shipping & Delivery
Arvion Leathers currently serves customers within the United States.
Standard in-stock orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.
After dispatch, estimated transit is generally 3–5 business days, making the estimated total timeframe approximately 4–7 business days for standard orders.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs procedures, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Manufacturing & Fulfillment
Arvion LLC is registered in Houston, Texas, while our leather jackets are manufactured, prepared, quality checked, packed, and fulfilled from Karachi, Pakistan.
Customers acknowledge that an order may therefore be dispatched internationally before being delivered to its U.S. destination.
10. Custom-Made Jackets
We offer custom-made jacket options for customers seeking personalized sizing, specifications, or design features.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and customization information.
Production may begin after measurements, specifications, and other required information have been confirmed.
Custom-made or personalized products may have different processing, cancellation, return, and exchange conditions from standard products.
Customers should review and confirm all customization information carefully before production begins.
11. Custom Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel a custom order, contact us as soon as possible.
We will attempt to accommodate requests before production begins. However, once customization or production has started, changes or cancellation may not be possible.
Any applicable conditions will be communicated during the custom-order process.
12. Returns
Eligible standard products may be returned within 30 days after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Products generally need to be unused, unworn except for reasonable fitting, in their original condition, and returned with applicable packaging and tags.
Customers must contact us before sending a return.
Do not automatically send returns to our Houston business address. Our support team will provide the applicable return instructions and destination.
13. Custom Product Returns
Because customized products are created according to customer-provided measurements or specifications, custom-made and personalized items may not qualify for standard change-of-mind returns.
If a customized product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the specifications confirmed for the order, please contact our customer support team so we can review the issue.
14. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
After an eligible return is received and inspected, we aim to process the applicable refund within 5–10 business days.
Stripe, PayPal, your bank, or card issuer may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

For custom jackets, customers should carefully verify measurements before approving them for production.

Leather products require appropriate care.
Customers should follow the care instructions supplied with the applicable product and our Leather Care Guide.
Damage resulting from improper washing, excessive moisture, direct heat, inappropriate chemicals, unauthorized alterations, or improper care may not qualify as a manufacturing defect.
